100 years after (some) women gained the right to vote, the Pankhurst Centre are collecting responses to Manchester’s #vote100 events for the feminists of the future!  An exhibition, Centenary City, is on at the Pankhurst Centre until the 10th March 2019.  Please see the Pankhurst Centre website for opening times.

100 years after (some) women won the right to vote, the Pankhurst Centre are generating an archive of Manchester’s #vote100 events for the feminists of the future!  The archive will feature in an exhibition at the Pankhurst Centre, from 22nd November – 10th March 2018. Please see the Pankhurst Centre website for opening times.

Volunteer Ambassadors have helped us collect material for the archive, and curate the Centenary City exhibition. Some of their art works are also on display in the exhibition. The Ambassadors are a self-selected group who have joined the project for a variety of reasons at different times.

Have you been involved in any of Manchester’s Vote100 activity? We want to hear what you think! Please upload photos, stories and videos from any Manchester events which marked 100 years of some women winning the right to vote on our Centenary City Map!
